Purpose: Considering the increasing spread of elderly people and the importance of maintaining balance in the elderly as one of the factors preventing aging problems, this study investigated the effect of central stabilization exercises on elderly people's balance.
Methods: 30 elderly men with an average age of 63.66  who were divided into two groups with high risk of falling and falling into low risk groups after the berg  test. Then, both groups were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. Stability traning do for  for six weeks and after six weeks the berg test was retested. The results of pre-test and post test compared  by T-test.
Results: Six weeks of central stabilization training significantly increased leaf test scores in the Elderly group with low risk of falls (0.8) compared to the control group (4.1), p = 0.5 and the Elderly group. There was a significant decrease in the risk of falling (0.2%) compared to the control group (0.2%), p = 0.6 and also to the pretest scores in both groups.
Discussion & Conclusion: Central stabilization exercises can improve the quality of life in the elderly by improving balance in the elderly
