Introduction: Due to the increase in the elderly population, one of the most cheap, accessible and non-invasive training methods is the use of green training. The aim of this study is to change the green exercises on the dual task and cognitive status of the elderly. Methods: The method of this study is quasi-experimental and applied in terms of purpose. This study includes the elderly aged 60 to 75 years in Tabriz from 2 areas of the city from parks (Pamchal and Ail Goli) were selected as available in 1399. The number of 30 in the set was in two groups: test and control of research tools, including questionnaires and mental status, and standing and walking tests with countdown. The experimental group performed green exercises according to the designed exercise program. The program lasted for 8 weeks and three weeks. The session lasted 50 to 60 minutes per session. The control group did not receive a plan during this period and engaged in their daily activities. Data analysis Due to the observance of normality and homogeneity of variances, paired t-test was used to examine the changes within the group and independent t-test was used to examine the group. For statistical analysis, data were performed through SPSS statistical software at a significance level of 0.05%. Results: There was no statistically significant difference between the research samples in experimental and control groups in terms of age, height, weight and body mass index (P <0.05). The results of paired t-test show that there is no statistically significant difference between pre-test and post-test scores in the control group on cognitive status variables and dual tasks (P <0.05), but between pre-test and post-test scores in the experimental group on cognitive status variables ( There is a statistically significant difference between P = 0.04) and dual assignments (P = 0.02). The results of independent t-test also indicate that there is no statistically significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the pre-test scores of cognitive status and dual tasks (P <0.05), there was a statistically significant difference between the experimental and control groups (t = 3.21, P = 0.039) and no significant difference was observed in the scores of dual tasks in the experimental group compared to the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: According to the research results, green exercises and physical activity, especially during the coronary period, will increase the psychological and cognitive level and resilience of the elderly against the coronavirus Keywords: Aging green exercises, cognitive status, dual
