Nervous systems, on the other hand, potentially underlie thoughts, emotions, personality factors, and emotional reactions associated with approachable and avoidant behaviors. Exercise has been shown to lead to neurological changes and increase brain function and mental health. The aim of this study was to investigate the interactive effect of physical activity and gender on inhibition and behavioral activation systems in the elderly. Materials and Methods: The statistical population of this study consisted of active and inactive elderly with an age range (60-70) years from Kermanshah. Sampling method was available. The samples of this study included 95 subjects (63 males and 32 females) active and inactive elderly. The evaluation tool was Carver and White (1994) Behavioral Inhibition / Activation Systems Questionnaire and measured the level of physical activity. findings: The results of two-way analysis of variance to compare the behavioral activation system in active and inactive men and women showed the main effect of gender (p = 0.83), the main effect of physical activity (p = 0.28), the interactive effect of gender and physical activity (p 0.88). =) Is not meaningful. Comparison of means showed that active male elderly have higher mean of behavioral activation system and inactive female elderly have lower mean of behavioral activation system. The results of two-way analysis of variance to compare the behavioral inhibition system in active and inactive male and female elderly showed that the main effect of gender is significant (p = 0.002). Comparison of means showed that older men have a higher average behavioral inhibition system than older women. Comparison of means showed that the active male elderly have a higher mean behavioral inhibition system and the inactive elderly elderly have a lower mean behavioral inhibition system. Hence, the aim of this research was to study the mediating role of burnout on effect of organizational injustice perception, job insecurity perception and organiztional stressors on unthriving in work among retired employees. Materials and Methods: This study was correlational and statistical population included all employees of retirement association of a public bank in Isfahan, from which 206 people were selected through convenience sampling method.  A set of questionnaires consisted of organizational injustice perception (Nihoff and Morman, 1993), job insecurity perception (Francis and Barling, 2005), organizational stressors (made by researchers, 2019), thriving in work (Carmeli and Spritzer, 2009) and job burnout (Malsch and Jackson, 1993) were used. Structural equation model was used to analyze the data. Findings: the results revealed that the perception of job insecurity, perception of organizational injustice and perception of organizational stressors on unthriving and perception of organizational injustice on job burnout have a direct and significant effect, but the impact of job insecurity perception and organizational stressors on job burnout was not significant. Moreover, job burnout could mediate the relationship between organizational injustice and unthriving, but could not mediate the relationship between job insecurity perception and organizational stressors with unthriving. Attention and care assessment of family caregivers is one of the effective factors in increasing the quality of care for the elderly. Research samples were selected randomly and available based on inclusion criteria. Data were collected using demographic questionnaires, daily living activities of the elderly and carer (Zarit) and analyzed by descriptive statistics and inferential tests by SPSS software. Results: Out of 110 elderly people in care, 47 (42.7%) were male and 63 (57.3%) were female with mean age (77.37 ± 9.23). 61 (55.5%) of the elderly were in need of assistance in daily living activities and 49 (45.5%) were dependent. Out of 110 family caregivers, 83 (75.5%) were female and 27 (24.5%) were male with mean age and standard deviation (47.03 ± 10.71). The maximum carer burden score was 78 and at least 10 with mean and standard deviation (40.27 ± 16.82) indicating moderate to severe carer burden. The highest average burden was obtained on the individual scale (17) and the lowest on the economic scale (3.89). There was a significant difference between carer burden and type of relationship with the elderly, income status of caregivers, mean hours of care per week and number of assisted caregivers (p <0.05). Data were analyzed using spss-21 software. Findings:In this research, 392 elderly respondents answered the questionnaire. The mean life satisfaction of these people was 4/56 ± 1.07 and the mean social support was 3/04 ± 0/32. Life satisfaction has a significant correlation with social support and with a single subscale of social support (P <0/005). The correlation between life satisfaction and social support is strongly estimated to be 0/324. Given the importance of recognizing the nature of the balance disorder among the elderly and the importance of verbal commands in rehabilitating such disorders, the purpose of this study was to investigate the Effectiveness of Dual Task and Focus of Attention Intervention on Balance in Elderly in Ahvaz. Materials and Method: The research method is semi-experimental and applied in terms of purpose. The statistical population was the elderly men of Salehin House in Ahvaz in 1397. 40 people were selected by available method. First, a static and dynamic equilibrium test was taken. Participants were randomly assigned to four groups of 10: dual task, internal attention, external attention, and control. The intervention was performed for 3 consecutive days. The dual task group performed a cognitive secondary task while performing a static and dynamic balance. The inner focus group focused on their feet during the performance. While performing the dynamic balance, the external focus group focused on the end of the path and focused on the static balance at a distance of 3 meters. An hour after the end of the training phase, the post-test was taken. Data analysis was performed using the statistical analysis of one-way variance analysis with SPSS software version 22. Findings: The results showed that the groups did not differ in demographic characteristics (P <0.05). In the pre-test phase, there is no significant difference between groups (P <0.05), but in the post-test period, there is a significant difference between groups in both static and dynamic equilibrium (P <0.05). Conclusion: The results of this study confirmed that the exercises of the instruction of the focus of internal attention weaken the static and dynamic balance. Exercises of the external focus guide improve static and dynamic balance, and the dual task attention guideline improves static balance in the elderly, but has a weakening effect on the dynamic balance of the elderly.}, Keywords = {balance, elderly, attention, dual task}, volume = {5}, Number = {2}, pages = {45-57}, publisher = {}, url = {http://jgn.medilam.ac.ir/article-1-311-en.html}, eprint = {http://jgn.medilam.ac.ir/article-1-311-en.pdf}, journal = {Journal of Geriatric Nursing}, issn = {}, eissn = {}, year = {2019} } @article{ author = {zabihijalalizavareh, maryam and sedigharfaee, fariborz and zabihijalalizavareh, elahe}, title = {Predicting Depression Among Nursing Students Based On Health Anxity And Dysfunctional Attitude Component}, abstract ={Introduction and purpose: Health anxiety and dysfunctional attitudes are important factors in causing and exacerbating psychological trauma. Findings: Results showed that depression and anxiety Health, dysfunctional attitudes, components of perfectionism and social factors need to confirm there is a significant negative relationship. but health anxiety has the largest share (Beta = 0.330) in explaining the variance of depression and can be a positive predictor of depression.
