fa بررسی سلامت روان و رضایت از زندگی سالمندان بازنشسته مراجعه کننده به کانون بازنشستگی دانشگاههای علوم پزشکی جندی شاپور و شهید چمران اهواز تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div align="justify" style="direction: rtl"><b>مقدمه و هدف</b>: افزایش جمعیت سالمندان و مسائل و مشکلات این دوره به ویژه وضعیت سلامت روان آنها توجه و بررسی ویژه ای را می طلبد. هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی و مقایسه سلامت روان و رضایت از زندگی سالمندان بازنشسته دو دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جندی شاپور و شهید چمران اهواز می باشد.<br> <b>مواد و روش ها</b>: در این مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی، وضعیت سلامت روان و رضایت از زندگی نمونه ای تصادفی شامل 210 سالمند بازنشسته دانشگاه علوم پزشکی و دانشگاه شهید چمران اهواز با استفاده از دو پرسشنامه GHQ-28 و LSI-Z در سال 1392مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 20، و با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و آزمون های ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و کای دو مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند.<br> <b>&nbsp;یافته ها</b>: طبق نتایج، میانگین سنی سالمندان برابر (66/6&plusmn;7/2) و 87/1 آنها مذکر بودند. 87/6 درصد متأهل و 99 درصد با خانواده زندگی می کردند. نتایج نشان داد که از نظر سلامت روان 29 درصد مشکوک به اختلال کلی بودند و بالاترین میزان مربوط به اختلال در عملکرد اجتماعی با 24/8 درصد بود. فقط 15/2 درصد سالمندان رضایت از زندگی بالا را گزارش کردند. سلامت روان با رضایت از زندگی دارای همبستگی مثبت و معنی دار بود(0/05>p ). سطح تحصیلات و میزان مستمری و فعالیت ورزشی دارای ارتباط معنی دار و مثبت با سطح سلامت روان بودند.( 0/05>p ).<br> <b>نتیجه گیری</b>: با توجه به وجود همبستگی مثبت بین سلامت روان و برخی متغیرها مانند سطح تحصیلات، فعالیت، رضایت از زندگی و میزان مستمری با سلامت روان لازم است در سیاست های حوزه سلامت راهکارها و بسترهای لازم مورد توجه قرار گیرند.</div> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt line-height: 150%"><b><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif">Introduction</span></b><b><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"> and purpose:</span></b><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif"> Increasing elderly population and problems of elderly, especially mental health status require special attention .The purpose of this study was to assess and compare mental health status and life satisfaction in retired elderly of the JundiShapur University of medical sciences and Shahid Chamran University in Ahvaz<span dir="rtl" lang="FA">.</span><b><span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"></span></b></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt line-height: 150%"><b><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif">Materials and methods</span></b><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif">: In this analytic descriptive study, life satisfaction and mental health status of a randomized sample including 210 retired elderly&nbsp; of the JundiShapur university of medical sciences and Shahid Chamran University in ahvaz was investigated using GHQ-28, LSI-Z questionnaires in 2013. Data were analysed using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation coefficient as well as the Chi-squared test by SPSS Software edition 20<span dir="rtl" lang="FA">.</span></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt line-height: 150%"><b><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif">Findings:</span></b><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif"> The results of this study showed that the mean of age was 66.6 (SD=7.2), 87.1% of the elderly were male, 87.6% were married and 99% lived with their family. According to the results, 29% of elderly were suspicious for mental disorders with social dysfunction ranked as the highest disorder at 24.8%. Only 15.2% of elderly were highly satisfied with their life.
