fa مقایسه استرس ادراک شده و عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی در سالمندان مقیم آسایشگاه و سالمندانی که با خانواده زندگی می‌‌کنند. تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>مقدمه و هدف</strong>: سالمندی در دنیای امروز از مهم&shy;ترین دغدغه&shy;ها به شمار می&shy;رود. با توجه به افزایش شمار سالمندان و به تبع آن سالمندان ساکن آسایشگاه، توجه به سلامت آن&shy;ها از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار است. هدف این پژوهش، مقایسه استرس ادراک شده و عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی در سالمندان مقیم آسایشگاه و سالمندانی که با خانواده زندگی می&shy;کنند، در شهر مشهد است<span dir="LTR">.</span><br> <strong>مواد و روش &shy;ها</strong>: پژوهش توصیفی و از نوع علی مقایسه ای است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه سالمندان مقیم آسایشگاه و سالمندانی که با خانواده زندگی می&shy;کنند است. نمونه مورد بررسی نیز شامل 50 نفر از هر گروه بود که به روش نمونه&shy;گیری در دسترس انتخاب شد. برای جمع آوری داده ها از مقیاس استرس ادراک شده کوهن و همکاران (1983) و پرسشنامه&nbsp; عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی (<span dir="LTR">IUS</span>) فریستن و همکاران (1994) استفاده شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده های پژوهش از میانگین، واریانس، تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیره استفاده شد.<br> <strong>یافته ها</strong>: نتایج نشان داد که بین استرس ادراک شده و عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی در سالمندان مقیم آسایشگاه و سالمندانی که با خانواده زندگی می&shy;کنند تفاوت وجود دارد و سالمندان مقیم آسایشگاه استرس ادراک شده و عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی بیشتری را تجربه میکنند.<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> توجه هرچه بیشتر به اوضاع&nbsp; سالمندان مقیم آسایشگاه، ضروری به نظر می رسد<span dir="LTR">.</span></div> <strong>Introduction and purpose</strong>: Nowadays aging arising is considered as one of the most important concerns, the increasing number of elderly and consequently the institutionalized elderly it is important to paid more attention to their health. The aim of study was to Comparison of perceived stress and intolerance of uncertainty among elderly residents of the sanatorium and the elderly living with the family in Mashhad city.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods</strong>: The research is descriptive and causal-comparative.<span dir="RTL"></span><br> &nbsp;Statistical population of the study consisted of all the elderly residents of the sanatorium and all the elderly living with the family. The sample included 50 people from each group who were selected by available sampling method<span dir="RTL">.</span> Data collection based on questionnaire scores: Perceived stress scale (cohen et al,1983)&nbsp; and Intolerance of uncertainty scale (IUS) (freeston et al,1994).
