fa مقایسه کیفیت خدمات سرای سالمندان عمومی و خصوصی شهر تهران بر مبنای مدل( spo) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <strong>مقدمه و هدف:</strong> با تقویت بخش خدمات در جهان کنونی بررسی کیفیت ارائه این خدمات به گروه های مختلف مخصوصا سالمندان می تواند از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار باشد. هدف اصلی این تحقیق مقایسه کیفیت خدمات سرای سالمندان خصوصی و عمومی شهر تهران مبتنی بر مدل (<span dir="LTR">SPO</span>) است.<br> <strong>مواد و روش ها:</strong> &nbsp;این تحقیق از نوع کمی و &nbsp;به لحاظ هدف جز تحقیقات توصیفی از نوع پیمایش است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را کلیه سراهای سالمندان فعال در سطح مناطق 22 گانه تهران تشکیل می‌دهد، که یک نمونه 14 تایی از آنها به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند با استفاده از &nbsp;پرسشنامه محقق ساخته مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. برای تحلیل اطلاعات جمع‌آوری شده از &nbsp;نرم‌افزار <span dir="LTR">spss</span> نسخه 24 استفاده‌شده است.<br> <strong>یافته ها:</strong> &nbsp;نتایج حاکی از آن است که تفاوت معناداری در زمینه کیفیت خدمات در سرای سالمندان عمومی با خصوصی بر مبنای مدل (<span dir="LTR">spo</span>) وجود دارد و سرای سالمندان عمومی در هرسه متغیر ساختار، فرآیند، نتیجه وضعیت مناسب تری را &nbsp;نسبت به سرای سالمندان خصوصی دارد.<br> <strong><span dir="RTL">نتیجه گیری:</span></strong><span dir="RTL"> بر مبنای نتیجه این تحقیق پیشنهاد میگردد که سراهای سالمندان از حالت تخصص محوری بر مبنای کارشناسان و نیروهای موردنیاز به مشتری محوری بر مبنای نیاز سالمندان تغییر ساختار دهند.</span> <strong>Introduction and purpose :</strong> By strengthening the service sector in the current world, the quality of providing these services to different groups, especially the elderly, can be of great importance. the main purpose of this research is to compare the quality of services provided by the private and public elderly in Tehran based on the model (SPO).<span dir="RTL"></span><br> <strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> this research is of a quantitative and purposeful nature, but is descriptive of survey type<strong>.</strong> the statistical population of this study consists of all active aging population in Tehran&#39;s 22 districts, that a sample of 14 of them was examined by targeted sampling using a researcher-made questionnaire. spss version 24 was used to analyze the data collected.<br> <strong>Findings:</strong> The results indicate there was a significant difference in the quality of services in the public elderly with private placement on the basis of the model(spo) and the general elderly community in the three variables of structure, process, and outcome has a more favorable situation than that of the elderly.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> based on the results of this research, it is suggested that the elderly faculties redefine the specialty of expertise based on the needs of the experts and the required staff on a client-centered basis based on the need of the elderly. کیفیت خدمات, سرای سالمندان خصوصی و عمومی, مدل (spo) Quality of service, private and public nursing home, model (spo) 47 60 http://jgn.medilam.ac.ir/browse.php?a_code=A-10-286-1&slc_lang=fa&sid=1 Hossein Rezai حسین رضایی hossein.rezaee88@yahoo.com 10031947532846004248 10031947532846004248 Yes Allameh Tabatabaei University دانشگاه علامه طباطبایی Akbar Sharifian اکبر شریفیان allame.pajohesh@yahoo.com 10031947532846004249 10031947532846004249 No Allameh Tabatabaei University دانشگاه علامه طباطبایی
