fa بررسی وضعیت مراجعه و ویژگی های جمعیت شناختی بیماران سالمند بخش های اورژانس بیمارستانی در شهر سبزوار سال 1395 Referral status and demographic characteristics of elderly patients in emergency departments in Sabzevar, 1395. تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه و هدف: با رشد  سریع  جمعیت سالمندان ؛  مراکز اورژانس  از مهمترین و رایج ترین  بخش های ارایه دهنده خدمات  در  زمینه فوریتهای مراقبتی و درمانی  به سالمندان می باشند.  پژوهش حاضر ، با هدف تعیین ویژگی های جمعیت شناختی و  وضعیت مراجعه سالمندان بستری در اورژانس ها  انجام شد  . مواد و روش ها: این مطالعه  توصیفی و مقطعی بر  روی  190 نفر از سالمندان  بالای 60 سال بستری در اورژانس های بیمارستان واسعی ،  امداد و حشمتیه شهر سبزوار  در تیرماه  1395 ، انجام شد که بصورت در دسترس انتخاب و وارد مطالعه شدند. . اطلاعات توسط  پرسشنامه محقق ساخته در زمینه وضعیت مراجعه سالمندان به اورژانس و خصوصیات جمعیت شناختی جمع آوری گردید و  با استفاده از نرم افزار  SPSS نسخه 21  با  روش های آماری توصیفی ، آنالیز واریانس یکطرفه و آزمون تی مستقل مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد ، میانگین سنی سالمندان بستری در اورژانس ها ، 72 سال بود که  15 درصد آنان  تنها زندگی کرده  و  مراقب اصلی نداشتند.  آمبولانس ها ، حدود 30 درصد موارد انتقال را  در ساعات صبح و اول شب بر عهده داشتند . همچنین 60 درصد سالمندان ، طی شش ماه گذشته  ، مجددا پذیرش شده اند . بیش ترین علت مراجعه ، تنگی نفس ، درد قلبی و بعد از آنها فشارخون بالا بوده است . نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج پژوهش حاضر ، افزایش تمهیدات مراقبتی برای سالمندان پذیرش شده در  بخش های اورژانس شهر سبزوار ، همچنین تقویت حضور متخصصین در زمینه بیماری های قلبی و عروقی ، ریه و تروما  و  نیز  بکارگیری متخصص طب سالمندی در اورژانس  ، جهت پیشگیری از  روند  پذیرش های مجدد سالمندان در اورژانس ها ،  مورد توجه مسئولین امر  قرار گیرد.   </div> Introduction and purpose: As the elderly population grows, emergency medical services become one of the most frequent conventional medical services used by the elderly population. The main purpose of this study was to determine the demographic characteristics and referral status of elderly patients admitted to emergency care units.   Materials and Methods: A descriptive cross-sectional study was performed with 190 elderly patients over 60 years of age admitted to the emergency wards of Vasei Hospital, Amjadad and Heshmati city of Sabzevar in July 2017. Data were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire. Descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA and independent t-test were used to analyze the data using SPSS software version 21.    Findings: The results showed that the average age of elderly patients admitted to emergency care was 72 years, of which 15% lived alone and do not have any caregiver. About 30% of the admitted patients brought in by ambulance. 60% of the elderly patients were readmitted to the same institute within six months of discharge. Shortness of breath, heart pain, and hypertension were the leading cause of hospital readmission.     Conclusion: Ensuring reliable and equitable delivery of safe and high-quality care requires the input of a wide range of multidisciplinary healthcare professionals, including cardio-pulmonologists, traumatologists, and emergency medicine specialists.
