The aim of this study is to change the green exercises on the dual task and cognitive status of the elderly. Methods: The method of this study is quasi-experimental and applied in terms of purpose. This study includes the elderly aged 60 to 75 years in Tabriz from 2 areas of the city from parks (Pamchal and Ail Goli) were selected as available in 1399. The number of 30 in the set was in two groups: test and control of research tools, including questionnaires and mental status, and standing and walking tests with countdown. The experimental group performed green exercises according to the designed exercise program. The program lasted for 8 weeks and three weeks. The session lasted 50 to 60 minutes per session. The control group did not receive a plan during this period and engaged in their daily activities. Data analysis Due to the observance of normality and homogeneity of variances, paired t-test was used to examine the changes within the group and independent t-test was used to examine the group. For statistical analysis, data were performed through SPSS statistical software at a significance level of 0.05%.
