Methods and Materials: This study was Lymqays hay management. The study sample included all women aged 60 years and above in the city of Hamadan that 120 patients (40 in each group) were selected through random sampling. For data analysis, multivariate analysis of variance, Scheffe post hoc test, Pearson correlation and linear regression was used. Findings: The results showed that the three groups studied cognitive distortions and quality of life are different. Conclusion: All ten cognitive distortions and quality of life of women without husbands and women who were divorced were negative and cognitive distortions exaggerated generalization, all or nothing thinking, reasoning, emotional, labeling and personalization, the ability to predict people's quality of life .
